We take great pride in the integrity and quality of our work and warranty policies for flowers, and would like for you to enjoy our beautiful arrangements as much as we do.

However, according to personal subjective opinion we do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on products and services, or exchange, returns and refunds for change of mind.

As flowers are perishable goods, all sales are non-refundable according to Dubai law, however we still refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item depending on situation. Cancellation and full refund can be done before 48 hours day from delivery time (in holiday such as Valentines, International women days etc we need 72 hours notice) as we preorder and preparing flowers specially for your order, we not reselling flowers to other customer.

When an item is shipped and an order is cancelled, shipping fees are non-refundable. 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the arrangement you have received, you may request a refund by submitting a claim within next 1 day after the delivery to email larbe.boutique@gmail.com. Our customer service agents will contact you and change new bouquet or refund money

If we are unable to make a delivery as scheduled due to circumstances outside our control (the unavailability of your recipient or a wrong address, for example), we do not issue a refund and can reschedule delivery. If a recipient refuses delivery, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Order Changes

To change your order, please contact Customer Service using at larbe.boutique@gmail.com. Changes can only be made two business days or more prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for a full refund are allowed if made before 2 business days or more prior to the scheduled delivery date. If an order is cancelled less than two business day prior to the delivery date, 65% from cost will be refund.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment, Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow us 3 till 7 working days for the refund transfer to be completed.
